What to Expect During Your First Visit

Our goal is to help patients improve their overall health. We want to develop a life-long relationship with our patients, starting from the first visit.

Our staff loves meeting new people and is very excited to greet you on your first visit. If you have any questions, we are more than happy to help guide you through your appointment.

How long will your first visit take?

Your first appointment will take around 120 minutes. During your visit, you can expect the following:

• A full review of your dental care history and oral health concerns
• A complete oral exam including x-rays to assess any issues that cannot be seen with the naked eye
• Open communication between you and your dentist
• A comprehensive oral health plan, including recommendations for future visits and maintenance

Payments

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the dental treatment you need.

We offer a variety of payment options to our West Kelowna patients including, direct billing to insurance companies.

Cancellation

We schedule appointments specifically for you.

Our team will contact you with a courtesy reminder prior to the scheduled appointment. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to arrive on time for the appointment.

Please be advised that we require a minimum of 2 business days for a cancellation notification, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
